1. About this site

This website is an independent, unofficial fan project dedicated to the upcoming video game EXODUS. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to Archetype Entertainment, Wizards of the Coast, or Hasbro. EXODUS and all related names are trademarks of their respective owners.

2. What the fan club is — and is not

The paid product offered on this site is a membership in a private fan community on Telegram. It includes fan-made content: lore breakdowns, news digests, discussions, polls, and community activities related to the game.

The fan club does not include, sell, or provide: the game itself, game keys, beta or early access, pre-orders, queue positions, or any product of the rights holders. The game EXODUS can be purchased only through official stores once released.

3. Subscription and billing

• The fan club membership costs $100 per month.
• This is a recurring subscription: you are charged monthly until you cancel.
• After you submit an application, we contact you by e-mail or Telegram with payment details and activation. Membership activates after the first successful payment.

4. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time — no questions asked. To cancel, e-mail us at contact@exodos.site from the address you used to join. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid month; no further charges will be made.

5. Refund policy

• First payment: full refund within 14 days of your first charge if you are not satisfied — just e-mail us.
• Renewals: refundable within 7 days of the charge if you have not accessed the community during that period.
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days.

6. Community rules

We may remove members without a refund for harassment, spam, illegal content, or sharing pirated material in the community.

7. Content accuracy

Information about the game (release window, features, lore) is based on official public announcements and may change. We do not guarantee the accuracy of third-party announcements.

8. Limitation of liability

The site and the community are provided "as is." To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages arising from the use of the site or the community.
